Sheba Wilson is a seasoned Human Resources Executive with over 14 years of progressive experience in organizational transformation, workforce development, and strategic HR policy implementation. She currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Grace Bay Resorts, a leading luxury hospitality group in the Turks and Caicos Islands, where she also sits on the Executive Committee.
Sheba holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management certification from Cornell University and has built a distinguished career across both the hospitality and financial sectors, having previously served in roles at Belize Bank TCI Ltd and the International Banking Group. She is a Certified DISC Trainer and an Executive Director with the Maxwell Leadership Team, with credentials from the Association for Talent Development in the design and delivery of impactful leadership programs.
Sheba is also the founder and CEO of Catalyst Consulting Ltd. and Sheba Wilson Training Ltd, delivering executive coaching, HR consultancy, and corporate training solutions. She is a published, bestselling author and a recognized speaker on leadership, personal growth, and women’s empowerment, having co-authored Voices for Leadership alongside other global thought leaders.
Ms. Wilson’s expertise in people strategy and organizational culture will support the Commission’s efforts to enhance institutional capacity and meet the evolving expectations of the financial services industry.
