NOTICE: Effective April 1, 2026, the Turks and Caicos Islands Financial Services Commission will implement two‑factor authentication and a new password policy for the KRegistry platform.
An applicant for a licence must apply to the Commission on the prescribed application form along with the application fee and information related to the capital, directors, beneficial owners, managers and shareholders and partners. (See Application Requirements for a Licence under the Investment Dealers (Licensing) Ordinance 2001).
