1. The International Division of the Attorney General’s Chambers advises that two hundred and forty (240) entities and seven (7) individuals have been added to the Russia Sanctions Regime1 and are now subject to various sanctions such as asset freeze, trust services sanctions, director disqualification sanction and transport sanctions. The Notice referred to in paragraph 4 herein sets out the respective sanctions that are applicable in each case.
2. In addition, fifty (50) ships have been added to the said regime and are now subject to sanctions as set out in the said Notice.
3. This follows an update to the UK Sanctions List.
