Dr. Courtney S Robinson brings over 25 years of experience in public relations, strategic communications, media management, and public‑sector advisory, having served in senior leadership roles across government, statutory bodies, and international markets.

Dr. Robinson has led high‑profile communications initiatives, managed crisis communications, shaped policy‑focused messaging, and acted as an official spokesperson in complex, high‑visibility environments. He spent more than a decade in the tourism and travel sector directing international brand, marketing, and communications strategies to enhance market positioning and stakeholder engagement. He also served as Director of the Turks and Caicos Islands Government Information Service, overseeing government‑wide communications, crisis response, and media relations.

Dr. Robinson holds a BA (First Class Honours) from the University of Westminster (UK), an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science (UK), and an Honorary PhD from Orange County University (USA).
