NOTICE: Effective April 1, 2026, the Turks and Caicos Islands Financial Services Commission will implement two‑factor authentication and a new password policy for the KRegistry platform.
1. The International Division of the Attorney General’s Chambers advises that six (6) entries have been added to the Global Human Rights Sanctions Regime1 and are now subject to an asset freeze, travel ban, and director disqualification sanction.
2. In addition, four (4) entries have added to the said regime and are now subject to an asset freeze and director disqualification sanction.
3. This follows an update to the UK Sanctions List, as follows:
