NOTICE: Effective April 1, 2026, the Turks and Caicos Islands Financial Services Commission will implement two‑factor authentication and a new password policy for the KRegistry platform.
1. The International Division of the Attorney General’s Chambers advises that two (2) entries have been added under the ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida Sanctions Regime1 and are subject to an asset freeze, arms embargo and travel ban.
2. This follows an update to the UK Sanctions List.
