Financial Sanction Notice 63 of 2026

Russia

1. The International Division of the Attorney General’s Chambers advises that nineteen (19)
entries have been added, in respect of the Russia Sanctions Regime,1 and are now subject to
sanctions, as follows:

1. One (1) entry, with regard to an individual, is now subject to asset freeze, travel ban, trust services sanctions and director disqualification sanction;
2. Two (2) entries, with regard to entities, are now subject to asset freeze, trust services sanctions, director disqualification sanction and transport sanctions;
3. Four (4) entries, with regard to entities, are now subject to asset freeze, trust services sanctions and director disqualification sanction;
4. Six (6) entries, with regard to entities, are now subject to asset freeze, trust services sanctions, director disqualification sanction and prohibition on correspondent banking relationships and processing payments; and
5. Six (6) entries, with regard to specified ships, are now subject to shipping and trade sanctions.
